We own many properties in the Saginaw area and are looking for a few extra hands getting our units ready for new tenants. I show you the property, you give me your estimate.
You MUST have:
Your own transportation.
Your own basic tools, anything above that level can be provided by us.
Experience with general maintenance, deep cleaning, and preparing homes for inspection.
Respect for time, we need these properties in order as soon as possible.
We pay via BUSINESS CHECK, non-negotiable. If you are a person or group that prefers to get your own supplies, we require you to tell us what you need to complete the job and that you provide any and all receipts for proper reimbursement and compensation. You will be paid after the work is done, we do not do incremental pay.
