I am looking for a laborer to help me with some tasks at one of my rental properties. I am doing a larger remodel on one of my (1) bedroom units. New flooring, new drop ceilings, new paint job, new kitchen cabinants, new appliances, and a brand new bathroom. I would like someone to demo the bathroom while I finish painting the living room and then start on the kitchen. It is old tile set in very thick concrete like material. There is no easy way to do it. It’s a hard long process. You smash the tiles and the concrete like material with a framing hammer until it falls off the walls. Scoop the material into trash cans about 1/3 the way full and then I will help you haul the cans down the stairs, outside and into the dumpster on site. I have all tools needed to do the job. I need someone with a great attitude, strong, not overweight and with no drug issues (marijuana doesn’t count) You will be working directly along side me. I’m a decent enough guy but I don’t tolerate any bullshit. I have 32 rentals and kids, I take enough abuse from them lol I will pay $15 an hour cash at the end of the day. Project is on Garfield near Marathon Gas Station in Bay City MI. If things go well I could use you on intermittent projects for this job and other in the future if you desire.
