Starts, runs, and works well, several new parts- battery, tires (a couple years) plug, filters, some wiring, etc. Includes EXTRA SET of farm tractor tires and rims (the bigger ones in pic not on tractor) wheel weights, attachment bracket and mower deck and like new lawn roller (pic attached to mower for likeness).
8 (6+R) speed 18hp (4 low, 4 high) tecumseh extra long lasting engine.
I have maintained/changed the fluids, greased, and put away…

I am not a tractor specialist, so I only know what I know. This is very tough and reliable. Starts every time.
The guy I bought it from a few years ago painted it to look like a ford when he rebuilt it. It’s just too big for my yard, but kept it because it runs/works so well. Deck is solid all blades and pulleys are greased and move freely. Will need new belts as they show wear. I have stored in dry storage since I’ve owned.
I have the original manuals both repair and service with detailed breakdown and p/n pic blowout
