The Advanced Platinum Series P600 is a full spectrum grow light with 12 bands of light spectrum that from IR to UV wavelengths. When selecting a panel its more important to look at PAR ratings that lumens and watts.

PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) a measurement of light intensity between the 400 – 700 nanometers used by plants for photosynthesis.
During the flowering stage it is important to have both spectrums turned on for the majority of the time with only using the bloom setting for the last week or so. This will ensure you get the largest buds.
Coverage
The manufacturer states the panel can cover 5′ x 2.75′ during the flowering stage for optimal growth. Perfect for a small grow tent or closet. Later if you decide to expand you can add another panel and cover a 5×5 area. This panel provided 2-3 times the output compared to others brand.
Power Consumption
The greatest benefit to LED Grow Lights is the saving you get compared to standard HPS bulbs since they use 40% less energy. You also require less cooling since they run much cooler while providing more light output at the right spectrum for plant growth.
