21-day maximum continuous length of stay. This can be at multiple locations
Any 4 day or longer stay must be followed by 7 days of no camping

Access to all current Outdoor Adventures Resorts and Venture Out Resorts
Yearly maintenance fee is paid until 06/02/2027. This will save the new owner over $1500.00
Upon transfer, new owner must pay a $50.00 transfer fee and one year of the yearly maintenance fee of $895.00
Membership has an unlimited number of transfers remaining
