--No drama, no problems, not loud, clean and responsible renter.
-- Pass a background check -- we screen for past evictions or debts to previous landlords and serious crimes (not concerned about minor things).
Please dont lie, we are going to find out; it's better to be up front and offer an explanation if you have some negative rental history, for example, and we can go from there.
